True to its name, which means "light," ☀️AURI STAY is a bright, tidy, and stylish accommodation. It boasts a prime location within walking distance of a residential area adjacent to Seoul Forest, the Han River running course, the Demon Hunters pilgrimage course, K-POP, and the "hot spots" of Seongsu-dong. ✅ Important Notes for Stay - The accommodation offers a cozy width of 13.5 pyeong. With three queen-size beds, it is spacious enough for up to 6 people to sleep comfortably, but it is a space suitable for 4 to 5 adults to live in. - Please remove your shoes before entering; slippers are provided. - The use of open flames, smoking, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the accommodation 🚭 (A hefty fine of 200,000 KRW will be imposed if smoking is detected.) - To ensure a pleasant environment for future guests, grilling meat or fish (BBQ) inside the accommodation is not permitted. If you inquire with the host, we will recommend a delicious BBQ restaurant. - No pets allowed (Cleaning fee applies for violations) - No dyeing allowed - No eating on bedding - 50,000 KRW per person will be charged for additional guests beyond the reserved occupancy - Visitors other than guests must also be added to the occupancy limit. (Please inquire in advance) - There is a CCTV outside the accommodation for security purposes. (Entrance) - The property is located on the 2nd floor, which does not have an elevator. The stairs are not steep, but they may be inconvenient for the elderly or those with mobility issues. - Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet; absolutely do not throw anything else in it, such as feminine hygiene products or wet wipes. - Please use the washing machine for free after receiving instructions from the host before use. (Laundry detergent and fabric softener sheets are provided) - The voltage of all electrical outlets in the accommodation is 220 volts. - 110V -> 220V conversion adapter plug provided in the guest room. (Only universal voltage products can be used.) - Parking is not available within the building; nearby public parking lots are available. - To prevent insect entry, please only open windows with screens. Please be sure to close them, especially at night. - Due to seasonal factors and the building's structural characteristics, external pests (mosquitoes, small flying insects, cockroaches, etc.) may intermittently appear. We have prepared insecticides and repellents and conduct regular pest control within the accommodation; such natural influx does not constitute grounds for a refund. - Please refrain from making noise after 10 PM. ✅️ This accommodation is registered and operated as a legal domestic shared accommodation business under the Mr. Mansion special provisions. ✅ This accommodation is a legal property licensed as an urban guesthouse for foreigners.
