We eagerly await working professionals and students who will keep the house clean. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. A cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW will be charged for smoking inside the house. Please refrain from smoking inside the house. Don't worry about bringing heavy bedding! We provide a clean bedding rental service for guests who wish to bring their own. You can sleep comfortably as if it were your own home from the very first day of your arrival. Our neighborhood is one of the top paradises in Seoul for delicious food and walks. Gourmet Life: The area around the house is lined with pretty cafes, the famous ice cream shop **'Nokgijeon'** (Before It Melts) with long lines, and traditional cold noodle restaurants. Amenities: There are three convenience stores within a one-minute walk, one of which offers parcel delivery services, making it very convenient to send and receive luggage. Our house is located in a quiet and safe residential area with many students. Students live right next door and on the first floor, creating a studious atmosphere where you can feel secure.
