Each room is approximately 15 m² and fully private, with its own bathroom and shower, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, individual air conditioner, bed, and desk. You can enjoy your own private space without sharing your living area with others. 🌙 Many of our residents are students or long-term guests, creating a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. We keep the property clean and comfortable through regular cleaning, pest control, and facility maintenance. 🧺 In addition to the washing machine in your room, free shared dryers and a large-capacity washing machine are available in the common area, making it convenient to handle larger loads of laundry. 🍜 The shared kitchen is available for simple cooking. Free instant noodles (Ramen) and microwave rice are also available for a quick and convenient meal. 🌏 PIXEL HAUS is international guest-friendly. English check-in instructions and an English house guide are provided to help you settle in comfortably. Proof-of-residence documents for foreign resident registration can also be provided upon request. PIXEL HAUS is a great choice for international students, exchange students, interns, professionals, and anyone looking for a comfortable short- or long-term stay in Gangnam. 2. House Rules 🌙 We value a quiet and comfortable living environment for everyone. - Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the rooms or building. - Please use earphones when watching videos or listening to music. - Please make video calls and long phone calls outside the building. - Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM. - Each room is for one registered guest only. Additional overnight guests and outside visitors are not allowed. - Please clean up shared spaces after use. - Please use the shared kitchen for simple cooking. - A bed, mattress, and mattress cover are provided. Please bring your own pillow, blanket or comforter, and personal daily-use items. - A separate KRW 50,000 move-out cleaning fee applies. 3. Neighborhood & Surroundings 🏡 Enjoy the convenience of city living together with a pleasant natural environment. Gaepo Market is nearby, with plenty of local restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, supermarkets, hospitals, pharmacies, and other everyday amenities within easy reach. The neighborhood is also a great place to experience local Korean food and everyday life, with many popular local restaurants and shops around Gaepo Market. 🌳 Yangjaecheon Stream and Gaepo-dong Park are also nearby, making it easy to enjoy a relaxing walk, jog, or some fresh air after work or school.
