Unit 102 is right next door, and the alley is narrow (a place where the old and the modern coexist, with many traces of 1980s Korea remaining). While this is interesting, please show etiquette and consideration for your neighbors. Please refrain from making noise after 10 PM or late at night. Do not enter with your shoes on. Slippers are provided, so please wear them inside. Pets and smoking are prohibited. If the wallpaper or curtains become stained with cigarette smoke or turn yellow due to indoor smoking, a separate charge of 300,000 KRW will be applied for wallpapering and cleaning costs. Please keep this in mind. Friends may visit, but they cannot stay overnight. If a friend wishes to stay overnight, they must pay 50,000 KRW per day. I have taken photos of every single household item and electronic appliance inside the house, as well as even the smallest details and props. If any items are damaged or go missing, you will be required to pay the equivalent value when you move out. To prevent this from happening, please treat everything as your own and take good care of it. Regarding electricity and gas bills, charges are based on usage. The monthly maintenance fee is 30,000 won (including water and Wi-Fi). One more thing: there is a time difference between Korea and your country. It is currently around 11 PM Korean time.
