The Yeonnam-dong alley is right in front of the building, and walking through it naturally leads to the Gyeongui Line Forest Path. There is a garden on the rooftop where you can enjoy some private relaxation. It is a 10-minute walk from Exit 3 of Hongik University Station, and Yeonnam-dong is right nearby! Severance Hospital and Yonsei University are a 20-minute walk or just one bus stop away. It is safe as 24-hour CCTV is installed on every floor and access is via security keys. Parking is available upon prior request. Rooftop Garden: Experience our cozy rooftop garden. However, please use it quietly after 10 PM. Parking: Parking is available upon advance request. Please leave a note with your contact information and room number inside your car after parking. Smoking is prohibited indoors (a penalty of 200,000 KRW applies for violations). Visitors are prohibited from entering after 22:00. A penalty of 200,000 KRW applies for any additional guests without prior consent. Pets are not allowed. (Violation results in eviction without refund and a compensation fee of 200,000 KRW). Please remove your shoes indoors. A fine of 50,000 KRW applies for violations of waste separation regulations. Please turn off the boiler, air conditioner, and lights when leaving the premises. For safety, security cameras are recording in public areas (parking lot, lobby, elevator hall).
