No Large Deposit Instead of the typical deposit of several million KRW for long-term leases, this short-term lease applies a higher weekly rate with no large deposit risk. 4. Legal Short-Term Lease • A legitimate contract with business registration and landlord’s consent • Rent is clearly prepaid for temporary use • No lodging-related additional services provided • No bedding or personal hygiene items provided • No cleaning service (self-managed) * Regarding Bedding and Personal Items. As this is a business-use short-term lease, not a lodging facility, bedding is not provided. If needed, you may prepare items independently of the business owner. You may rent or purchase from another vendor and have them delivered before move-in at your discretion. You may ask for simple recommendations regarding preparation or prices, but the final decision is yours, and it has no connection to the sublessor, who will not be involved further. * Parking Available (Inquiry Required) • Nearby low-cost parking lots (recommended) * Start of Use: 3:00 PM End of Use: 11:00 AM (Time adjustable upon agreement) * Formal Contract • Available upon separate email request (remote e-signature) * Monthly discount of KRW 60,000 already applied * Special Terms 1. As this is a business-use facility, fixed-date registration and resident registration are not available. 2. No claims under domestic or international law can be made for reasons such as contract extension. 3. The sublessee may not change the use of the property or sublease it further. 4. Upon move-out, the tenant must restore the property to its original state. Any damage or loss of facilities will be charged according to the extent. (Access card loss: KRW 50,000) 5. In case of conflict with platform rules, this contract takes precedence and will be discussed accordingly. 6.
