In the spacious living room on the first floor and the sunlit shared lounge on the second, your day begins naturally with friends from all around the world. Each floor is equipped with separate bathrooms, showers, and laundry rooms for both men and women—ensuring your daily life is always comfortable. Every corner of the house— the living rooms, hallways, bathrooms, and showers— is kept warm and spotless, as my mom and I clean the shared spaces with care each day. * A separate monthly maintenance fee is required in addition to the Enkostay accommodation fee. (This fee includes all utilities such as electricity, water, gas, and internet.) The maintenance fee is 250,000 KRW per month for all rooms, and it should be paid directly to me after check-in. If the maintenance fee is included in the accommodation price, the total cost will increase, which also raises the service fees charged by Enkostay for both you and me. Thank you for your understanding. * A 10-minute walk to Hongdae, Sinchon, Yonsei Univ., Hongik Univ. Station, Sinchon Station, and the Airport Railroad.
