We allow up to four people, so there are spoons and utensils for four people. There are frying pans, pots, and cooking utensils, so you can cook, but we don't recommend to cook. Refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle are in the space room. 🧴 Bath Room #Hotel Amenity #Hotel Towel #Round Mirror The bathroom is old, but it's still neat. There's no bidet or sunflower faucet. Still, I tried to make up for it with hotel-style amenities and towels. 🎞 Space Room #Bunk Bed #Little Cinema #Projecter Screen Small sofa, beam projector, bunk bed, etc. I've just realized my childhood dream. But the bunk bed is a bit uncomfortable. Watch your head when you go under it. There's a super single mattress on the bunk bed, and a sofa bed beneath it. Please fold the desk and chair when using the sofa bed. The sofa bed is an alternative of a bed, so it may not feel very comfy. Then you may sleep on the floor of ocean room with the extra beddings. 🛏 Ocean Room #Ocean Concept #Comfy Mattress #Hotel Bedding Although it is in the center of Seoul, we decorated the room with water-related ornaments by setting blue as a main color. Blue carpet, blue curtain, han river curtain, boatman decoration, wave lighting etc. We've put the most time and energy in this room, and of course money. You cannot wake up once you lie down on this bed with a comfy mattress. It's a famous mattress that even the people whose suffering from insomnia faint. Blackout curtain is installed next to the bed, and I was late for work without noticing that it was the next morning. There are two desks in the room, both of which are foldable. When you eat, please unfold the table lying against the wall. If you need a large table, please unfold the wooden table. The way how to unfold the tables is explained in the guide book. If you need extra chairs, there are two stool chairs in the living room. ⚠️The house is located on the 2nd floor with no elevator, and the stairs to the 2nd floor are steep and narrow. Guests with heavy luggage, elderly guests, or those with mobility concerns may find this challenging. Please kindly consider this before booking. ※ Must Read! Precautions 1. Parties are not allowed. Our place is located in a quiet residential area, so noise may disturb the neighbors. 2. Please use a folding table while eating. Spilling food on the floor carpet may cause a replacement fee. 3. Don't pull the curtains or sit on them. The thin chiffon curtains tear easily. 4. Please be careful with fragile items such as glasses. 5. The bunk bed is not allowed to use for reservation of two people. If you want to use the bunk bed eventhough you're party of two, you should pay extra charge of KRW 19,000 for extra beddings and cleaning fee. 6. Watch your head when entering or exiting the doors or bunk bed. Thresholds are low and so you can easily bump your head. 7. Never go up to the rooftop. It's locked anyway, because it's dangerous. 8. Throw all your trash in the trash can in front of the door. No need to take care about recylcing. 9. Please wash your dishes and place them in the drying rack on the right. 10. All items in the house were bought with great care, and I love them. If anything gets dirty or damaged, replacement fee can be charged. 11.
