It sits in the heart of the campus district, surrounded by countless restaurants and convenience stores, while the interior itself stays very quiet. The home consists of a living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a balcony, and a kitchen, with a total of 4 single beds. In the living room, you’ll find a dining table with chairs and a sofa. Amenities: • Vacuum cleaner • Washing machine • Fully equipped kitchen • Refrigerator • Air conditioning in every bedroom • Heating • Cleaning tools • Ample tableware and cookware • Wi-Fi Host notes • The host lives nearby and can respond quickly if anything comes up. • A rental contract for ARC (Alien Registration Card) applications can be provided. • Communication available in English, Japanese, and Korean. • The host is an Inha University graduate and has accommodated 400+ exchange students, so we understand what international guests need and are happy to help ensure a comfortable stay. 2) Check-in & House Rules • Move-in is generally self check-in (contactless). • After your booking is confirmed, we’ll share the detailed address and guidance. • Your door code will be sent the day before arrival. • No smoking indoors. • No pets. • You may change the door code during your stay; please restore it to the original code before checkout. 3) Transportation • 3 minutes on foot to Inha University. • Very close to bus stops. • About 10–15 minutes by bus to Juan Station; buses run roughly every 5 minutes.
