It is close to Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, Korea University, and Kyung Hee University. It's a 5-minute walk from Cheongnyangni Station. From the 1st to the 5th floors, the 6th floor rooms in buildings operated as hotels are operated only for short-term rentals. One good front room, one bathroom, this is for personal use and has a small public kitchen space and a common washing machine/dryer. (There's an elevator~) - It's okay to read a book or spend some time in the lobby area on the first floor. - Cereal, milk, and bottled water on the first floor are not available, and water purifiers are available. - The washing machine dryer on the 6th floor is for common use.
