With convenient transportation and a variety of restaurants and cafes nearby, you can enjoy your time during your stay. 🏡 Sinchon & Hongdae Accommodation Where You Can Stay as Comfortably as Home Although it is a space for a temporary stay, we have prepared it to ensure you feel as cozy and comfortable as if you were at home during your time here. Located near Yonsei University, Severance Hospital, Sinchon Station, and Hongik Univ. Station, it is suitable for students, exchange students, researchers, hospital interns, and office workers living in Seoul for periods ranging from a few weeks to several months. While close to the central areas of Hongdae and Sinchon, the accommodation is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, allowing you to relax comfortably after a long day. Basic appliances and furniture necessary for daily life are provided, so you can move in immediately without any additional preparations. The building is directly managed by a manager, so you can contact them immediately if you experience any inconvenience or need assistance during your stay. Foreign tenants are welcome, and immediate communication with the manager is possible in English. We go beyond simply providing a room; we continuously manage and improve necessary aspects to ensure that even those staying for a short period experience no inconvenience during their stay. 📍 Location and Transportation * Approx. 5-minute walk to Hongik Univ. Please be sure to check the room floor number before booking. * There are no houses directly across from us, so it feels relatively uncrowded, and it is easy to open the windows for ventilation. * Although close to the city center, it is located within a residential area, allowing for a relatively quiet living environment. * Basic appliances and furniture necessary for daily life are provided. * You can contact the manager immediately if any problems arise or if you need assistance. * Immediate communication in English is possible with foreign residents as well. 🔐 Security Deposit Information There is a Security Deposit of 300,000 KRW. The deposit is collected upon check-in and will be returned after check-out, provided that the room and furnishings are free from damage, loss, or other issues. 🌙 Please Help Us Follow the Rules As this is a shared living space, we operate several basic rules to ensure everyone's comfort. * The principle is that each room is occupied by the registered single person upon check-in. * Please inform the manager in advance if additional guests other than the contracted tenant are staying or if guests are staying on a recurring basis. * Pets are cute, but we cannot keep them with us. ^^ * Smoking indoors is prohibited. * Parties, loud shouting, and any noise that disturbs other residents are prohibited. * Please refrain from making phone calls or having conversations inside the room after 10 PM. The surroundings become quiet at night, so even a small voice can echo down the hallway and reach other rooms. * Please do not flush foreign objects such as wet wipes, food waste, or sanitary products down the toilet other than toilet paper. Absolutely prohibited. * Please do not flush oil or greasy food down the sink. * As this is a shared living space, please be considerate of each other's sleep and rest. We personally manage the building to ensure it is a comfortable living space for you during your stay, in addition to its convenient location.
