(2) No smoking indoors. (3) No visitors and no overnight guests beyond the number of guests on the reservation. (4) No parties, events, or commercial filming without prior approval. (5) This is a quiet residential neighborhood—please keep noise down, especially after 10:00 PM. (6) Please remove your shoes indoors. (7) Please separate trash and recycling. (8) Damage or excessive stains may result in an additional charge for recovery/cleaning. Rooftop Safety (1) Please do not climb or lean over the railings. (2) Avoid using the rooftop during heavy rain, strong winds, or icy conditions. (3) Please keep the rooftop quiet after 10:00 PM as well. (1) Since this is a residential building, soundproofing may not be hotel-level. Thank you for being considerate. (2) Please note: There is no elevator in this 4-story building, so you’ll need to use the stairs. (3) The area is generally quiet and calm, making it easy to rest. Seadam is conveniently located about a 7-minute walk to Kyung Hee University (Back Gate) and around a 10-minute walk to Crown. It’s also about a 10-minute walk to HUFS (Main Gate) and around a 6-minute walk to Hoegi Station. With cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, and everyday essentials nearby, it’s an easy and comfortable base for both campus schedules and Seoul trips. Getting Here (1) Easy access by subway and bus to major areas in Seoul. (2) We’ll send detailed directions the day before check-in.
