The residence is primarily populated by young people in their 20s and 30s, making it a quiet and considerate place to stay. Regular monthly disinfection ensures a pleasant environment, and a separate laundry room on the rooftop is available for use late at night, ensuring peace of mind. Furthermore, a recycling bin is located on the rooftop, ensuring complete odor and insect protection. This is a truly affordable option for accommodations in Korea. There is a bus stop a minute's walk away, so you can go anywhere in the center of Seoul, such as Gangnam, Dongdaemun, Euljiro, and Sindang. It is a one-bedroom room with shower facilities and toilets in the room.
