How to use a room** - Moving in will be conducted non-face-to-face, and you will be notified of the admission on the morning of the admission day. - Please leave furniture and furniture in place before the end of the lease. - Check-in time is [15:00] and check-in time is [10:00]. - When you check-out, please clean the room as it is before you leave. Business address and resident registration transfer notification are not possible. Violation of the above special provisions may result in termination of the contract, non-return of the deposit, and termination of the contract without a refund of the usage fee. In addition, damages caused by violations of the special agreement may be claimed to the tenant. **4.
