Our home is located just 5 min by subway from Sillim Station, and Seoul National University is within walking distance, with a convenient shuttle bus also availble. We are a Dutch-Korean couple who spent many years living in Europe, and we personally renovated this house last year. As a result, it has a cozy, European-inspired atmosphere. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the neighbors are kind and respectful. One unique feature of the house is that there's only one nuit per floor , which adds to the sense of privacy and space. We also have a rooftop and a garden , so you can feel a little closer to nature, even in the city. For your convenience, we speak fluent English, German,French and Dutch.
