(This information is also accessible via the living room television and the kitchen router.) • 🚿 Towels and Laundry: We have thoughtfully provided 6 large bath sheets and 12 standard towels, sufficient for our maximum occupancy of six guests. For those enjoying a longer residence of one week or more, please feel free to utilise the washing machine and drying rack located in the North veranda. • 🚮 Refuse Disposal: Kindly purchase the standard refuse and food waste bags from the local convenience store (E-Mart) near the building entrance. Please then separate the refuse (including recyclables) and dispose of them in the designated area. • 🤫 Noise Protocol (Courtesy): We must respectfully point out that, due to the construction of the building, the apartment is particularly sensitive to internal noise transmission. We earnestly request that you wear the provided indoor slippers at all times within the unit as a courtesy to our neighbours. • 🚭 Indoor Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the residence. For your information, smoke detectors have been installed. (A specialised cleaning fee of ₩500,000 may be levied in the event of any indoor smoking.) • 💰 Utilities Settlement: Please be advised that should the usage of electricity, gas, and water exceed ₩80,000 per week, the excess amount will be settled separately upon your departure.
