Bathroom: Newly remodeled, private, and impeccably clean. 💡 Utilities & Policies All-Inclusive Coverage: Your monthly maintenance fee covers electricity, water, high-speed Wi-Fi, and gas up to a combined total of 100,000 KRW. Usage Policy: To encourage energy conservation, any total utility charges exceeding the 100,000 KRW limit will be billed to the tenant. Pro-Tip for Guests: In most cases, you won't need to pay extra! As long as you remember to turn off the air conditioner and heater when leaving the room, your usage will typically stay well within the included limit.
