Bathroom: Newly remodeled, private, and impeccably clean. 💡 Utilities & Policies Included: Electricity, water, and high-speed Wi-Fi are included in the maintenance fee. Gas Policy: To prevent excessive energy consumption, gas charges are covered up to 20,000 KRW. Any amount exceeding this limit will be billed to the tenant.
