We are a great choice for foreigners looking for a monthly rental at a reasonable price. Located close to Rodeo Street and Cafe Street in Guwol-dong, Incheon. 10-minute walk from Arts Center Station and Incheon Terminal Station. The ride between Songdo Campus Town Station and the station takes 15 minutes. - Separate male/female floors - Individual bathrooms and showers in each room, individual air conditioning/heating - Use of the cafeteria on the 1st floor - Free wash/dryer and espresso machine - Security and sanitation management (contracted with KT Telecop and Cesco companies) - Host's hospitality to foreigners :) Management fee and departure cleaning fee are included in the rent. Our accommodation will provide comfortable and convenient service to our guests. Foreign guests are already satisfied and using it! Enjoy your stay with us!
