Prime Location and Transportation: - Located close to Hongik University Station (Line 2, Airport Railroad, Gyeongui-Jungang Line). - Connects directly to Incheon International Airport (ICN) and Gimpo Airport (GMP) via the Airport Railroad (AREX) without transfers. - Close to the main gate of Hongik University, just a 3-minute walk away. Yonsei University, Ewha Womans University, and Sogang University are also nearby. - 24-hour convenience stores, Olive Young, and pharmacies are located within close proximity. 2. Clean New Furniture (Replaced in April 2026): Furniture such as the bed, mattress, and desk was replaced with new items in April 2026. (Please note that as this is a short-term rental, towels, bedding (duvets, pillows, etc.), and personal hygiene items are not provided.) • Move-in and Move-out Guide: Move-in is on the lease start date, and move-out is on the lease end date. Specific times will be agreed upon with the tenant in advance.
