🏡 Property Overview This stay is a cozy and comfortable home located Yeonnam-dong in Mapo-gu. It is designed for guests who want to experience everyday life in Seoul rather than a hotel-style stay. The space is especially suitable for long-term guests, students, remote workers, and visiting researchers looking for a calm and stable environment. The home is clean, well-organized, and peaceful.
 From 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, the house is typically empty, offering a high level of privacy during the day. In the evening, you will share the home with our family (3 children). 
If you are open to it, you may enjoy light conversation, occasional shared meals, and a small cultural exchange.
 📍Location & Neighborhood The apartment is located in a private and secure residential building, away from tourist crowds yet close to vibrant areas. It is just a 1-minute walk (about 100 meters) from Gajwa Station, making it easy to reach central Seoul and the airport. Hongdae, Sinchon, and other lively districts are easily accessible by bus or public transportation. Nearby, you will find: * local restaurants and bakeries * convenience stores * Gyeongui Line Forest Park, perfect for walking or running The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and popular among students and long-term residents.
