Selective Move-in Policy To maintain a safe and comfortable environment, we do not allow unrestricted move-ins. All residents are women aged 20–40, mainly students and office workers from nearby university areas. ID verification is required upon move-in for everyone’s safety. 2. Owner-Managed Move-in & Move-out All rooms are personally prepared and cleaned by the owners, ensuring clean beds, fresh wallpaper, and new flooring for every resident. 3. Safe & Quiet Location Located in a quiet commercial building with no bars or karaoke nearby. CCTV with no blind spots, secure main entrance, and individual room door locks are standard. 4. Thorough Daily Cleaning The owners and a professional cleaning staff work together to clean twice a day, keeping the space consistently clean and well-maintained. 5. Monthly Professional Pest Control We partner with CESCO, carefully selected after reviewing multiple pest control companies, for regular monthly disinfection. 6. Various Room Options From compact and affordable rooms to spacious, studio-style rooms, we offer options to match different lifestyles and budgets. 7. The following are items that must be observed. It is part of the contents of the entrance contract, and if you continue to violate the above, you may be forced to leave the room. 1. 입실자 외 외부인 절대 출입금지입니다. Outsiders are absolutely prohibited from entering. 2. 밤 11시 이후로는 매너타임입니다. 특히나 소음에 주의해주시기 바랍니다. (통화가 길어질 경우에는 밖에서 해주세요) It is manner time after 11pm. Please pay special attention to noise. 3. 건물 내에서는 베란다, 옥상포함 절대 금연입니다. 적발시 즉각 강제퇴실 조치됩니다. 3. Absolutely no smoking in the building, including on the veranda and on the roof.
