House Rules To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please follow these simple house rules: 1. Registered Guests Only Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the unit. Any additional or overnight guests must be approved in advance. 2. No Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. If smoking causes any odor or damage (such as stains), an extra cleaning or repair fee may be charged. 3. No Pets Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to hygiene and noise concerns. 4. Quiet Hours Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors. Repeated noise complaints may result in early termination of your stay. 5. Cleanliness Kindly keep the space tidy during your stay. Upon check-out, the unit should be left in a reasonably clean condition. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the space is excessively dirty or damaged. 6. Use of Facilities Please treat all furniture and appliances with care and return them to their original place after use. If anything is not working properly or gets damaged, let us know right away. 7. Balcony & Window Safety This is a high-rise building, so please be careful when using the balcony or opening windows. Avoid any actions that could cause safety risks. 8. Check-Out Notice If you plan to check out earlier than scheduled or extend your stay, please inform us at least 7 days in advance.
