Although it's an old building, the inside of the house is clean. In this house, there are 2 rooms(1 room for you, 1 room for me), and a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room. ** I stay here but not always. ( I go abroad for work sometimes and
my parents comes to stay here but very occasionally like once a month.) So, sometimes you can stay in this house alone. ** But it's not possible to bring other people to this house. [For You] **Private Room** (with a key to lock your door) with shared Bathroom, Kitchen, Living room, etc. [Location] * Metro About 10min by walk from Magok-Naru station (Line 9). : Magok-Naru Station is on the Express Airport Railroad and it is an express stop of Line 9 Also direct to Hongdae, Yeouido, Gangnam, Seoul Station, etc. - 3 minutes to Gimpo airport (1 stop) - 40 minutes to Incheon airport - 11 minutes to Hongdae station - 20 minutes to Seoul station * Bus 5 minutes to the bus stop by walk * Big & Beautiful Park Seoul Botanic Garden (Magok Park) is just a 10-minute walk away. If you are the person who like nature, it’s soooooo good :) (It's hard to find the big park like this next to the house in Seoul..) * Many restaurants, cafes, bars and shops are around here (5 minutes by walk). * Parking available [More] It is where I'm living so you don’t need to bring anything. We also provide toilet paper, hand wash liquid soap, kitchen detergent, etc. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, rice cookers, pans, pots, dinnerware, and appliances.
