House Rules Our house is a ‘Tourist attractive expat living house’, valued with Joy, Love and Global community. Please keep harmony with the residents of the house. We are housemates and neighbours. Please keep the laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea most of the time. Communicate within the Kakao Group chatroom with your housemates, other guests. Toilet: Use the shower curtain when you take a shower. Wipe out moisturiser with your towel or scrape down with window cleaners. This is basic etiquette in Europe or in Western countries. Room 1 users: control of temperature is solely on the staff of the Bonaventura House. Do not touch or control the temperature panel. Laundry: You can use a laundry shop near Gangnam station w/ dryer or use a laundry machine in the house. Currently the dryer is not provided. Kitchen: clean after use. Put your ingredients in the box and put in the fridge or in the cabinet. Supermarkets: We have ‘Lotte Super’ just outside the alley. There is a ‘Nobrand’ supermarket with expat ingredients within a 5 minutes walk. Couples or overnight guests are allowed for double rooms. Be generous and keep etiquettes when you bring your partner. The rollaway bed charge is 10,000 KRW per night.
