The interior elevator makes it easy to move between floors, and there are a public kitchen, washing machine, and dryer, so you can use all kinds of convenience facilities in the residence without going outside. It is located on the side of the main road, a two-minute walk from Ganseok Ogeori Station, so it has very good access to Bupyeong and Namdong Industrial Complex, making it an optimal location for those who work around.
