However, excessive use will be deducted from the deposit: • 2 weeks: over 150,000 KRW • 1 month: over 300,000 KRW Especially in winter, please use out-of-home mode for heating when leaving. 2. Guests & Visitors This is a single-occupancy listing. Unregistered visitors are not allowed. 3. Noise Management Please keep noise to a minimum. Complaints from neighbors will lead to immediate contract termination. 4. Strict No-Smoking Policy No smoking anywhere inside the unit, including e-cigarettes. Violation: 300,000 KRW deduction + immediate eviction 5. Pets No pets allowed unless approved in advance. Violation: full deposit deduction + extra cleaning fees + eviction. 6. Toilet Rules Do not flush wipes, food waste, or any foreign objects. Repair and damage costs will be charged. 7. Damages Any damaged furniture or items will be deducted from the deposit. Additional costs may be charged if needed. 8. Light Cleaning Before Check-out Please wash used dishes and dispose of all trash. Failure: 50,000 KRW deduction. 9. Personal Hygiene Items This is a short-term rental, not a hotel. According to regulations, we cannot provide: • Towels, toothbrush, toothpaste • Shampoo, body wash, or toiletries Please prepare these items yourself. 10. Security Do not share the door code or room information with anyone for safety reasons. ♻️ Trash & Recycling Trash, food waste, and recycling bins are located on the 1st floor next to the parking area. (Bags must be purchased separately at the nearby GS convenience store.) Check-out information - Check-out is 11:00 AM. The cleaning team arrives exactly at 11:00, so please be on time. - Light Cleaning • Wash used dishes • Remove all trash from the room • Empty fridge, food waste, and general waste → Dispose of everything in the 1st floor trash area - Restore Furniture Placement + Photos Return furniture (sofa, bed, table) to original positions.
