The rooms are quite small, but each is private and comes with the essentials you need for daily living. Since the rooms vary slightly in size and layout, the photos on this site are representative images. With the shower room option, your room comes with a private shower, while the restroom is shared. You’re welcome to use both the private shower in your room and the shared shower facilities. Depending on your move-in date, we will guide you to the rooms available at that time. We hope this helps you as you plan your stay. @ Only the registered tenant can enter or stay. No visitors or extra overnight guests are allowed. @ We don’t provide bedding, towels, shampoo, or other personal items. Please bring your own or buy them yourself. @ No smoking in the room or inside the building. If you need to smoke, please use the rooftop. @ Please keep noise down so it doesn’t bother others. The rooms are close to each other, so soundproofing is weak. Please keep noise to a minimum. This is a 4th–5th floor building with no elevator. It’s about a 7-minute walk from Singil Station (Lines 1 and 5). Please check the map in the photos. There are many shops and facilities nearby, so it’s very convenient for daily life.
