It's just a 3-minute walk to Gwangalli Beach! :) Minrak The Market is also a 3-minute walk away, and all the popular spots in Gwangalli are within walking distance. Famous local restaurants like Tonshow, Jamae Gukbap, Jeosuji, and Haechi83 are located within 50 meters. There are also two large supermarkets and two convenience stores nearby, so the area is very convenient. Bus routes 41, 83, 62, and 108 all stop right in front of the building, making transportation super easy! :) Bus 41 goes to Busan Station, Bus 83 passes Seomyeon Station, and it’s within a 10-minute drive to Centum City and 15 minutes to Haeundae. Each room may vary slightly, but all have been fully renovated with new wallpaper, tiles, and bathrooms, so they’re clean and modern. Refrigerators, washing machines, and air conditioners are all brand new. :) *Extra bedding can be provided upon request. Since I live on the 4th floor, you can borrow anything you might need! The rooms are cleaned by a professional service, so cleanliness is always maintained. :) * Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited indoors.
