Hongdae 7-Room Korean-Style Share House (4rd Floor) Our house has 7 private rooms, 3 bathrooms, a washer and dryer, a kitchen, and a balcony. Each resident enjoys their own private space while sharing common areas. All common spaces must be cleaned and tidied up after use. The house is a little worn out, but the real charm is the community. Living in a foreigner share house helps you settle into Korea faster—you’ll meet people from around the world, share tips, and look out for one another. It’s a welcoming space where you can feel at home while enjoying both privacy and friendship. Weekly common area cleaning is provided. However, the hygiene of the common areas is entirely the responsibility of the tenants, and you must keep them clean as you use them. Location Highlights : - 10min. As a result, CCTV has been installed. Please note that it is not intended to monitor tenants, but to ensure compliance with house rules and maintain safety.
