(Laundry & drier are all free) 🔐 Safety & Security The building is equipped with a digital door lock system and 24/7 CCTV monitoring for your safety. ----------------------------------------- 📢 House Rules Please respect the shared living environment: 🚫 No guests allowed. Only registered residents may enter. ❌ No loud music, parties, or disruptive noise. Noise complaints may arise even from small sounds during late-night hours. (e.g., conversations, hair dryers) 👟 Shoes must be removed before entering the building. 🧼 Keep all shared spaces clean and tidy. Do not occupy multiple devices or appliances at once. 🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Violations will incur a fine of ₩1,000,000 or more. 🚫 Any behavior that disturbs others (e.g., noise, violence, disruption) will result in immediate eviction. 🧹 Upon Check-Out Please clean and return the room to its original condition. Any damages (e.g., mold, stained walls or bedding, lingering odor, waste left behind) will result in deductions from your deposit to cover cleaning and repair costs.
