You'll also find a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, and a microwave. The Samsung washer/dryer makes it easy to keep your clothes fresh. [Features and Amenities] Living Area: Queen-size and super-single beds, 55-inch TV with Netflix and YouTube, refrigerator, 500Mbps internet, hairdryer, air conditioner, drying rack, trash cans, recycling bins, and a coffee pot. Kitchen: Refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, washer/dryer, and a 3-person dinnerware set with cups. Security: There's a 24-hour security guard in the lobby, and the building is located on a main road, making it safe to return at night. There are CCTV cameras inside and outside the building. If you have more than 4, please let us know in advance. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Rules: Please avoid cooking strong-smelling foods. No indoor smoking or pets are allowed. Resident registration is not available. All utilities and management fees are included for up to 4 guests. If any items are damaged, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from your deposit. [Parking] One free on-site parking spot is available per unit. A second parking spot can be added for an additional 110,000 KRW per month. Parking spaces are plentiful, but please let us know in advance to register your vehicle.
