This is Yeonhui Gonggam, a premium house 5 minutes away from the preface of Yonsei University. It's really quiet because it's a residential area in Yeonhui-dong It's good to study because I can't hear drunk or music. Especially, there's a separate female-only class, so you can live more comfortably^^ Completed in June 2023, it is the prettiest and cleanest accommodation in Sinchon. All rooms are single rooms, so you can use them comfortably. Room prices range from 350,000 won to 550,000 won, depending on the size. The deposit is 100,000 won to 200,000 won, the maintenance fee is 20,000 won to 30,000 won, and there is no additional utility fee.
