In Korea, shoes are not worn in the room. Visitors other than the tenant are not permitted. Please let me know if you need additional guests. Smoking is prohibited indoors, including e-cigarettes. Pets are not allowed. Cans, plastic, and paper must be separated and disposed of separately. Please tie general waste and food waste in separate garbage bags and dispose of them in front of the first-floor main entrance. Please inquire and we will be happy to assist you. The toilet has low water pressure. Please dispose of toilet paper in the trash can, not the toilet. You may be charged for a clogged toilet. Please contact us if any interior repairs are required, such as damaged or stained items. Repair fees may apply for serious damage that cannot be repaired. This is not a party room, but a shared living space with neighbors, so please be mindful of excessive noise. It is a semi-basement with five steps leading down to it, with plenty of sunlight. It's a five-minute walk from Gunja Station Exit 7, and Sejong University is a nine-minute walk away. Nearby attractions include a food alley, a bar street, Dunkin' Donuts, 7-Eleven, Olive Young, Daiso, Starbucks, and a supermarket. Children's Grand Park, Konkuk University, Jamsil, Gangnam, and Dongdaemun are all easily accessible.
