Our manager will be on-site to assist and guide you. â· Shoe Rack Please store your shoes in the space marked with your room number. If you need more space, feel free to use the shelves by the entrance. If your designated spot is unavailable, please let the manager know! â· Your Room & Booking Amenities: We provide a hairdryer, hangers, and 4 towels. Please wash the towels as you use them. Check-in Tip: For your peace of mind, please take photos of your room when you first move in. Room Change: If your preferred room is unavailable, you may stay in another room first and move later. (A 20,000 KRW moving/cleaning fee will apply.) When Leaving: Before you check out, kindly place the hairdryer, towels, hangers, and AC remote on the dressing table. Also, please send a quick photo of the room to confirm everything is in good shape. â· Waste Management General Waste: The bin is located in the kitchen. Recycling: Please sort by Plastic/Vinyl, Cans/Glass, and Paper. (Ensure containers are rinsed clean!) Food Waste: Place food waste in the designated bin on each floor's sink. Ensure the lid is tightly closed before disposal. Pro-tip: For food items classified as general waste, please wrap them tightly in a plastic bag before tossing them in the kitchen bin. Trash Disposal Service: If you need help with trash removal upon checkout, please consult the manager. We can assist you with a more affordable disposal fee. â» Penalty for Waste Mismanagement (Please be mindful!) Unsorted Recycling or General Waste: 30,000 â 50,000 KRW Food or Other Waste Mismanagement: 50,000 â 100,000 KRW Abandoning Bulky Items (Clothes, Suitcases, etc.): Up to 150,000 KRW â· Kitchen & Bathroom Etiquette Clean as you go: Kindly tidy up the kitchen and bathroom immediately after use so the next person can enjoy the space. Kitchen Schedule: Please finish all cooking and dishwashing by 23:00 to keep the evening peaceful. If you cannot clean up immediately, please leave a message in the Open Chat room. Bathroom Courtesy: Please remove hair from the drain after use and ensure the toilet is clean. Do not flush any foreign objects down the toilet. Your Space: Each room has a designated cupboard space in the kitchen. Please keep it tidy and remove all personal items when checking out. â· Laundry & Dryer Eco-friendly Tip: We provide detergent and softener. Please use no more than 30ml of detergent per full load (use the cap as a measuring cup) to prevent overflow. Quiet Hours: To ensure everyone gets a good night's sleep, laundry machines cannot be used after Midnight. (Please start your last load by 23:00!) Note: A 50,000 KRW penalty may apply for late-night use. â· Maintenance (Dryer & Vacuum) Teamwork: If you notice a filter needs changing, we would truly appreciate it if you could replace it for the next person's smooth use. It helps us keep the house running perfectly even when the manager isn't on-site! â· Guest & Visitor Policy Visitor Notification: For safety, you must inform the manager before any guests visit. Overnight Stays: A fee of 9,000 KRW per night applies for any overnight guests. Long-term Guests: If a guest stays for more than a week, additional utility charges may apply. (By booking, you agree to this policy.) Moving Assistance: If you need help moving heavy luggage, please contact the manager in advance for a request. â· No Smoking & No Pets Smoke-Free Zone: The entire house is a strictly Non-Smoking area.
