It is a great place to enjoy both Korea’s traditional atmosphere and the city, with Gyeongbokgung, Gwanghwamun, and Insadong all nearby. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, basic household items and appliances are provided. With its calm and restful atmosphere, it is well suited for travel, business trips, and short stays. ⏰️ How to use the stay The standard occupancy is 2 guests. / If you would like to add extra guests or stay for less than one week, please contact us via chat :) Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Check-in is contactless, and detailed instructions will be sent on the day of arrival once your booking is confirmed. 🚊 Getting around • Gwanghwamun Station (Line 5), Gyeongbokgung Station (Line 3) – 3 minutes on foot • Convenience store & snack bar on the 1st floor of the building • Gwanghwamun Square – 5 minutes on foot • National Palace Museum of Korea & National Folk Museum of Korea – 10 minutes on foot • Insadong – 13 minutes on foot • Airport bus stop – 10 minutes on foot (Bus 6701) 🧺 Provided items & additional information • Fully furnished with appliances (TV, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, etc.) • Kitchenware, cooking utensils, toaster, steam iron, hair dryer, and more are provided • Sejong Village Food Street and many popular local restaurants in the Gwanghwamun area are within a 5-minute walk • Security: a 24-hour security guard is stationed on the 1st floor, and CCTV is in operation ⚠️ House rules Smoking indoors and pets are not allowed. (A special cleaning fee will be charged in case of violation.) In accordance with hygiene regulations, towels, bedding, and disposable amenities are not provided for short-term rental stays. For long-term stays, room cleaning is carried out every 2 weeks, with a cleaning fee of KRW 80,000 per 2 weeks.
