The building is a unique structure built on a hill, just 6 steps up from the main entrance and 3rd floors from the opposite entrance. It is near to WorldCup Stadium, Yeonnamdong, Mangwondong, and quite close to Hongik, Yonsei, Ewha and Sogang University. My house is the best neighborhood to live in. You have to pay extra for the utility bill according to the number of people, and 150,000 won will be charged per person.
