Communal Spaces The beauty of "New Living" is having access to premium spaces rarely found in small homes. Cleaning Service Fee: 11,000 KRW per service (Pay on the 1st floor; request must be made the day before). 5. Parking Location: 1F Mechanical Parking Lot. Fee: 10,000 KRW (Exclusive for staying guests). Capacity: Accommodates up to mid-sized sedans (SUVs are not permitted). 6. Luggage Room Available before check-in or after check-out. Self-service luggage storage located on the 1st floor (Usage fee applies). Important Policies & Guidelines Mangrove Sinseol is operated as a "New Living House" and does not provide the same standard services as a traditional hotel. Minors: Cannot stay alone. Must be accompanied by an adult guardian. Age Restriction: Only minors aged 8 and above may stay when accompanied by a guardian (subject to room capacity). Cooking: Not allowed inside private rooms. Please use the shared kitchen. Pets: Not allowed. Check-in/out: Early Check-in and Late Check-out are not available. Damages: Compensation fees will be charged for any damaged or lost items.
