Short-term stays are now available, and reservations are possible from a minimum of 3 weeks. ❗️ For stays of less than 3 weeks, please contact us before submitting a reservation request. ❗️ Short term contracts, extensions are not possible. Please make sure to check this information before contacting us or submitting a reservation request. Location - Located a 3 minute walk from Exit 5 of Bomun Station (Line 6, Ui Suseol Line) - Located right next to Korea University’s College of Engineering, about 7 minutes on foot to the main gate Room amenities - All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom (with bathtub) and a kitchen - Each room comes with essential furniture and appliances (air conditioner, washing machine with drying function, refrigerator, bed frame and mattress, desk and chair, wardrobe, cabinet) Shared facilities - The lounge includes a gym, coffee machine, massage chair, and an outdoor garden - There is a rooftop lounge for relaxation - Wi Fi is available in all rooms and shared lounges - All shared spaces are free of charge and are for residents only Security features - Main entrance access is controlled by a password. - CCTV cameras are installed throughout the hallways for added security - All rooms are equipped with digital door locks - A dedicated parcel locker is available and accessible 24 hours a day Maintenance fee & Utility charges - 259,000 KRW (including water, electricity, gas, internet, etc.). - Additional charges may apply in case of excessive usage. Furniture information - The photos of each room are staged sample images. - Except for the fully furnished type, all other room types only include the following basic furniture: (air conditioner / washing machine / induction cooktop / desk and chair / bed frame and mattress) ❗️ Pillows, blankets, and bedding covers are not provided, so please prepare your own. 🌟 Homes Studio Anam is operated as a rental residence, and in addition to submitting a reservation request through Enkostay, you are required to sign a residential lease contract written in Korean. This contract can be used as proof of residence when applying for your visa or ARC.
