It is fully equipped with home appliances for a comfortable stay, including a modern Samsung air conditioner and refrigerator, an LG lightwave oven (microwave, oven, and air fryer in one), a robot vacuum, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. This is a unit on the 10th floor of a 12-story apartment building. The exterior of the building is somewhat old, but the interior was fully renovated in 2022, and most appliances were purchased around the same time. <Parking / Quiet Hours> - Parking is available for USD 5 per month, but please note that spaces may be limited if you arrive very late at night. - After 10:00 PM, please stop using the washing machine and vacuum, and keep noise down out of consideration for neighbors. - Additional charges apply for pets and extra guests. - If monthly electricity or heating (boiler) bills exceed USD 70, an additional fee will be charged. - No smoking inside the building. <Surroundings & Outdoor environment> - Two elevators(Hyundai model) are in operation, both recently newly installed. - 3-minute walk to the entrance of the Bukhansan hiking trail. - 1-minute walk to a park. - 3-minute walk to an outdoor badminton court.
