This is a quiet and comfortable place to stay. Most of our residents are young men and women in their 20s to early 40s. Only individuals with verified identity are allowed to reside here. This makes it a very safe place to live Pets are not allowed. Overnight stays or visits from non-residents are prohibited. Residents must not engage in long or loud phone calls or create excessive noise inside the rooms. Use of the kitchen and laundry room is not allowed after 11 p.m. (Simple microwave use and water dispenser use are permitted.) The entire building is strictly non-smoking. Any disruptive behavior that threatens the safety or comfort of other residents may result in eviction. If you leave trash in the room or cause any damage when checking out, additional charges may be deducted from your security deposit. We occupy two entire floors (the 3rd and 4th floors) of a building without an elevator. On the 5th floor, there is an indoor laundry drying area available for residents. The neighborhood features the Cheonggyecheon Stream, and with Jongno 3-ga and Jonggak Stations nearby, the location offers convenient transportation for sightseeing and travel. If you get off at Jongno 3-ga Station, where Lines 1, 3, and 5 intersect, you can reach us within a 5-minute walk. If you arrive on Line 5, take Exit 5 and walk straight for the fastest route. If you arrive on Line 1, take Exit 15 for the quickest access to StayHyu. There is also a bus stop nearby, providing convenient transportation to many other areas. The neighborhood is surrounded by popular restaurants and major attractions such as Insadong, Gwanghwamun, and Gyeongbokgung Palace.
