The unit is on the 2nd floor of a semi-new building with an elevator and is officially registered as a legal Urban Guesthouse. We offer free Wi-Fi, Netflix access, and a convenience store just 60 meters away. The surrounding area is full of popular restaurants, cafés, and traditional markets, making it easy to explore local attractions. Parking is free on a first-come, first-served basis, and daytime parking is usually available. Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00. The room accommodates up to 2 guests and features 1 queen-size bed with a premium 30cm mattress for exceptional comfort. Hotel-grade bedding and amenities are provided (according to the number of guests), and linens are washed and fully sanitized after every stay. Our goose-down comforter provides warmth, softness, and a light, comfortable sleep. We also provide free luggage storage—please contact us in advance. If no other reservations are scheduled, early check-in, late check-out, and luggage storage may be available. Bedding stains require ₩50,000 (≈45 USD) cleaning fee Strong-odor cooking (fish, meat, BBQ, etc.) is not allowed. Severe odors requiring deodorization: ₩150,000 special cleaning fee Do not throw wet wipes, feminine products, or food waste into the toilet. Wash dishes and properly separate waste before check-out. Late check-out after 11:00: ₩10,000 per hour. Carbon monoxide and fire alarms are installed inside the unit. Hair dyeing is strictly prohibited. In winter, turn off the A/C and use the floor heating (boiler). Heating warms gradually—please allow time after adjusting. Hot water is always available.
