The building is very secure, with keycard entry from the front door, 24/7 on-site staff, and CCTV surveillance. It’s also kept extremely clean and well-maintained — and absolutely no bugs! When you move in, you’ll be given an access card, and the building can only be entered using this card. As a co-living officetel, you’ll enjoy free amenities such as a coffee machine (with beans provided) and a water purifier.
