Legal Short-Term Lease • A legitimate contract with business registration and landlord’s consent • Advance payment for temporary use • No lodging-related additional services provided  ㄴPersonal bedding, toiletries  ㄴCleaning services (self-managed) * Regarding Bedding and Personal Items. Since this is a business-use short-term lease, not an accommodation facility, bedding is not provided. If necessary, you may prepare your own items independently of the business owner. You may also rent or purchase from another vendor and have them delivered in advance before move-in.
