No Pets: To maintain a clean environment for all residents, pets are not allowed. Quiet Hours: Please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to respect your neighbors' study and sleep. Waste Disposal: Please follow the local recycling and garbage disposal guidelines. (Specific instructions are provided in the building). Safety & Security: For the safety of all tenants, please do not share the building access code with outsiders. Visitor Policy: Overnight guests are generally not permitted to ensure the privacy and security of other residents. ■ Neighborhood & Surroundings Shopping & Essentials: Hyundai Mart (현대마트) is located right in front of the building. It is open until 11:00 PM, making it very convenient for all your daily grocery needs. Nature & Fresh Air: The building is situated right next to a beautiful forest. It offers a peaceful atmosphere, fresh air, and a perfect environment for a relaxing walk after classes. Quiet & Safe Environment: Located in a residential area that is both quiet and safe, providing an ideal setting for students to focus on their studies. ■ Accessibility & Transportation To SNU Main Gate: 7 mins by bus (No. 5515B) 15 mins on foot via a shortcut 5 mins on foot to the SNU Free Shuttle bus stop To Metro Stations (Sillim Line): Gwanaksan Station & SNU Venture Town Station are both within 7 mins by transferring to bus No. 5515B.
