Strict Trash Separation (Crucial in Korea): Korea has very strict recycling laws. You MUST separate your waste into General Waste, Food Waste, and Recyclables (Plastic, Paper, Glass, Cans). Mixed trash WILL NOT be collected by the city and may result in fines. 2. Noise Control (Quiet Hours): Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to respect your neighbors and fellow flatmates. No loud music or late-night parties. 3. Strictly Non-Smoking: Smoking is 100% prohibited inside your room, the restroom, and the entire building structure. 4. Cleanliness: Please keep the shared utilities and your room clean. 🏢 Building & Floor Note 4-story building (No elevator). Rooms range from #201 to #403. Due to the building structure, Room 201 is located on the actual ground floor (1st floor above ground). Very easy to move in with heavy suitcases!
