Rooftop micro Apartment in Hongdae, Sinchon!

Nice location! Live in Seoul as a local! Near the Gyeongui Line Forest Street, and the conditions for walking are excellent. There are plenty of restaurants and convenient facilities around it! The view in front of the entrance is good, and it is a rooftop room in a new building. You can use the rooftop terrace in front of the entrance (the terrace is shared by 2 rooms) Hongik University Station Exit 6, Sinchon Station Exit 8, and Sogang University Station Exit 2 are all within 5 min on foot. Please read these terms carefully. *Because of consideration for neighbors, music cannot be worked on. *No smoking inside. *No pets allowed. *Only one occupancy is possible. This is a small room and visitors are not allowed to enter. (Friends visiting during the day are allowed :)) *Additional charge for electricity; A large amount of unusual electricity use can be an additional charge. Basically, we pay all the general electricity bills! *The height of ceiling is not so high as this room is kind of rooftop’s apartment. The side for door is high enough, and the side for window is in the form of a diagonal line that gradually decreases in height. Previous tenants were doing well without any issue, but it can be inconvenience for tall person. For any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us! It is a new building near Forest Street of Gyeongui Line. This is an accommodation located on the 4th floor of a 4th floor building. (This is a clean rooftop room) Hongik University Station, Sinchon Station, and Sogang University are all within 5 minutes on foot.
