🏠 About the Space Hongdae Hall branch is located at the opposite of the Hongdae main area, within a 10 minute walking distance to the Hongik university. Enjoy a comfortable living in our Hongdae Hall private studio apartment. Each room is fully equipped with essential household appliances, it’s perfect for both short-term and long-term stays. All rooms are strictly for single-person use only. We are operating the entire building, and the structure and size are all the same. However, the furniture and design are slightly different. It is impossible to manage all of them in each room, so we put every bits of the room. If you reserve the room, you will have the similar design and the structure of the photo. Rooms are identical and room assignments are determined by the host and based on current availability at the time of check-in. The host shall retain the rights to change your room before check in according to all the rooms availability and reservation status. 🚉 Neighborhood & Accessibility 5-minute walk to Hongik University Station (Line 2, Airport Railway, Gyeongui Line) 2-minute walk to bus stop 15-minute walk to Hongik University 10-minute bus ride to Yonsei, Ewha, Sogang University The neighborhood is quiet & safe, and the building is behind the main road, minimizing noise while maintaining excellent accessibility. When you proceed to the checkout, you shall see utility fees being incurred. It's an advance payment of the utility fees for your entire period of stay. Garbage bags for general and food waste can be purchased from nearby supermarkets and convenience stores. Recyclables should be sorted and placed in transparent bags. 🎁 Facilities Provided 1. Bedding is set up in the room (Pillow with cover, blanket with cover and mattress sheet is included). *Note : Rooms on 6th floor (Total 2 rooms) share one kitchen and two washer inside the unit. The kitchen is in the middle of the unit, jointed by two rooms at each end. Each room has their own room door with door lock. There's a door in the middle of both room with lock leading to the kitchen room, thus it can't be accessed from other room via the kitchen area if locked from the inside. Rooms on 6th floor are much bigger, and brighter compare to rooms on other floor. ✨ Additional Information Building has an elevator. Check in : after 3pm Check out : before 11am *Our cleaning team will arrive promptly at 11:00 AM to begin room maintenance and preparation. Therefore, regardless of platform policies or any other circumstances, the room will be considered officially checked out after 11:00 AM, and operations/maintenance will proceed accordingly. This notice shall serve as the final declaration.
