A modern loft studio in a 2021-built officetel building. The duplex layout separates the living area and the sleeping area, making it comfortable for rest and longer stays. Fully furnished with built-in washer, refrigerator, and a system air-conditioner. The building also has a self-service laundromat for extra convenience. This stay is best suited for up to 2 guests (couples, business travelers, medical/relocation stays). Please note: In Korea, apartments/officetels are close to neighbors—quiet hours and respectful use of shared spaces are important. -Maximum occupancy: 2 guests. (No unregistered guests.) -No smoking indoors. No pets. (Violation may result in additional cleaning/restoration fees.) -No parties / events. Keep noise low, especially after 10 PM. -No overnight visitors. Visitors are not allowed to stay. -Shoes off indoors. Please use the slippers provided. -Utilities are included in the management fee, but excessive heating/utility usage beyond --normal residential levels may be charged based on objective evidence (meter readings / billing statements). -Any damage, stains, or heavy soiling may incur repair/replacement charges. -Located in a residential area with everyday conveniences nearby. -As it is a multi-unit building, please be mindful of noise in hallways and common areas. -Please follow local waste disposal rules (trash separation). If unsure, message the host. -About 8 minutes on foot from the nearest subway station (Chunho area). -Easy access to major hotspots such as Olympic Park / Han River / Jamsil by public transportation. -Taxis and local buses are readily available nearby.
