🏡All inclusive rental apartment #Bunker in Seoul 😚Please stay comfortably in a fully equipped Korean studio apartment. 💯All inclusive: Internet, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, induction, toilet, air conditioner, ondol boiler, refrigerator, sink ✒️If you wish, we can also fill out the foreigner registration application form. ✅️Bunker User Guide - This is a guest common space, not a hotel, so please read the user guide as it is a self-service system. - Check-in time: after 3pm, check-out time: until 12pm (lunch) - In keeping with South Korean culture, please take off your outdoor shoes in the room. - Be sure to turn off the boiler, air conditioner, and stove when going out. There is a risk of fire when overheating. - Towels and bedding must be washed and used by yourself during your stay. - additional 5 towels are $10, one blanket set is $20, and one simple mattress is $30 - You can borrow cleaning supplies & additional rental equipment from the supply room. Please message the host. - After taking a shower, be sure to open the bathroom door to ventilate so that moisture does not accumulate. - In winter, close the bathroom window and open the bathroom door to keep the indoor temperature warm - At check-out, it must be maintained in the standard condition for entering the room, and garbage, waste, or personal belongings of the guest must be removed. - For general waste, purchase a general standard waste bag at a supermarket or convenience store and dispose of it at the back of the building. - For recycling, please separate and dispose of in the recycling bin at the back of the building. - For food waste, purchase a garbage bag at a supermarket or convenience store and place it in the garbage plastic box at the back of the building. - Household waste must be disposed of after attaching a waste sticker to the community center. - Plates, spoons, chopsticks, etc. are not disposable. Please wash the dishes for the next guest before leaving - You can turn on/off the power of the set-top box with the TV remote control (the largest size), and watch TV replay entertainment, dramas, and movies. - You can use the air conditioner with the air conditioner remote control (small white size) - If you turn the boiler to ‘온수’, hot water comes out, ‘실내’ is based on the indoor temperature, and ‘온돌’ is based on the floor temperature (*In winter, indoor temperature of 20 degrees is recommended) - One pair of bath shoes is provided in the bathroom.
