Starting on August 29, 2025, we will update our payment system, refund policy, and service fee structure.
These updates are designed to:
Reduce the upfront payment burden for prospective tenants
Provide clearer and fairer refunds
Make long-term stays easier and more flexible
๐ Which policy applies?
Before August 29, 2025: (V1, using Stripe as the payment gateway).
On and after August 29, 2025: Agreements follow the new policy (V2, using Toss Payments as the payment gateway).

๐ New Refund Policy
We simplify the refund rules based on mid-to-long-term stay patterns. Refunds are now based on the first monthโs rent, not the full amount.
๐ Cancellation is based on your scheduled move-in time (3 PM KST on the move-in date).
Outside of the free cancellation period (Tier 0), the service fee is non-refundable.
๐ When does this policy take effect?
The new policy applies to agreements (and related extensions) made on or after August 29, 2025.
All contracts made before that follow the existing policy.
